The highly acclaimed Goya Restaurant offers a menu with Spanish delicacies prepared with the finest seasonal ingredients, based on traditional recipies. This menu is complemented by a variety of creative dishes, original in concept and presentation influenced by the French and Basque Cuisine. The creator of this Cuisine is our chef Jorge González, toghether with his great team.

Summer Opening of the Terrace and Garden!

With the arrival of summer, the Hotel Ritz’s Terrace and Garden open their doors to the public. From early spring until late autumn, the large terrace, facing the garden, becomes an extension of the hotel's Goya Restaurant, where guests may enjoy their breakfast, lunch or dinner as well as attend to one of our special events or a degustation dinner.

Please, note that the Goya Restaurant Terrace and Ritz Gardens can be accessed either by the indoor passage through the main entrance of the hotel, or directly by the outside doors located in the Lealtad Square and Felipe IV street
